Every time you log in to Gempak99, you're not just accessing an ordinary gaming platform. You're stepping into an online entertainment ecosystem built specifically for Malaysian players — in a language you understand, with payment methods you use every day, and support that truly gets what you need.
Since its launch, gempak99 has become the platform of choice for over 120,000 active players across Malaysia — from Perlis to Sabah. That trust didn't happen by chance. It was built through consistent winnings payouts, transparent bonuses with no hidden conditions, and a security system that never cuts corners.
Gempak99 uses a multi-layered security system. Your password is stored as a one-way hash that cannot be decrypted — meaning even internal staff cannot view your actual password. Every login session is logged with a timestamp and IP address to detect any suspicious activity. If anything unusual is detected, you'll be notified immediately via SMS.
Gempak99 also offers three login methods for your convenience — your Malaysian phone number, email address, or the increasingly popular passwordless OTP option, which is both more secure and easier to use. Pick whichever works best for you and dive into video slots, live baccarat, Malaysia Super League and EPL betting, BWF badminton, and over 850 other games waiting for you.
Security Tip: Gempak99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If you receive any communication requesting your login details, it is a phishing attempt. Report it to us directly at support@gempak99.express.
Key features that ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable login and gaming experience
Gempak99 login sessions are protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by Maybank and CIMB. Your password is never stored in plain text. Our anomaly detection system monitors every login attempt 24/7.
Log in using your Malaysian phone number, email, or a passwordless OTP — whichever works best for you. All methods carry the same level of security and can be switched at any time in your account settings.
Every time your Gempak99 account is accessed, you'll receive an instant SMS notification. If it wasn't you who logged in, you can immediately lock your account via the link in the SMS and reach our support team 24/7.
Enable 2FA in your account settings for an extra layer of protection. Every login from a new device requires verification via an OTP sent to your phone — even if someone knows your password, they still won't be able to get in.
A forgotten password is no longer a big deal. Use your registered phone number or email to receive a secure reset link. The whole process takes under 3 minutes, and you'll be back in the game right away.
View the complete record of all your account activity — logins, deposits, withdrawals, and bets — in the Account History section after you log in. Full transparency across every transaction on your account.
A quick guide to keeping every login session secure and seamless
Gempak99 offers three options — phone number with password, email with password, or passwordless OTP. The OTP method is the most secure, as it doesn't rely on a password that could have been compromised.
Enter your registered Malaysian phone number or email address carefully. Make sure the capitalisation of your password is correct — the Gempak99 system is case-sensitive for added security.
If you log in from a new device or a different location, the Gempak99 system may request verification via an OTP sent to your phone number. This is an automatic security measure to protect your account.
After a successful login, check the SMS notification sent to your phone number. If you did not initiate that session, tap the "Block Account" link in the SMS immediately and contact our support team.
This is especially important if you're on a shared device or public network — always log out fully after each session. Don't just close the tab; use the log out button in your profile menu.
Logging in to your Gempak99 account is your gateway to Malaysia's best online entertainment. If you use your Gempak99 account across multiple devices — say, your Android phone at home and a tablet on the go — there's nothing to worry about. Gempak99 supports simultaneous multi-device access. Your game progress, account balance, and personal settings sync in real time across all devices you're logged into. If you have security concerns about a particular device, you can log out of all devices from your account security settings.
